Pray As You Stay (at home)

A short online retreat (Pray As You Stay) based in Ignatian spirituality may be helpful during these times of isolation.

Daily prayers and reflections, as well as other retreats and resources may be found at Pray As You Go.

Finding Stability in Times of Change

In these rather strange and disconcerting times, it is good that there is a plethora of resources and information available to enable people to pray and worship from home.

Richard Frost, one of our Readers, has put together 3 films which could be used to provide a basic structure for a personal Quiet Day. These were developed from a Quiet Day he led at St Lawrence's, Biddulph in January 2020. The topic 'Finding Stability in Times of Change' has perhaps taken on a new relevance in this current period.

The films can be watched through http://workrestpray.com/films/

May God bless you and reassure you in the current times.
